Introduction
The Fondant DOBLE ENLACEŽ is a product made of
a sucrose and glucose syrup base, by means of a careful and controlled
crystallisation process, what assures the obtaining of a fondant formed by regular
and small crystals. It has a thick and white cream consistency.
Uses
The Fondant DOBLE ENLACEŽ is ideal to cover and
to decorate all kind of pastry specialities, cakes, invoices, fine masses,
etc.
Usage
Take the quantity of the Fondant DOBLE ENLACEŽ to use,
place it in a recipient and heat in water bath until obtaining a creamy consistency.
Achieved this point you can savor (almond, vanilla, etc.), colour it
or spread it directly on the product to decorate.
Labelling
The Fondant DOBLE ENLACEŽ complies all the requirements
of the Argentinean Alimentary Code, standards of the U.S. Code Federal
of Regulation (FDA: Food and Drug Administration) and its lists of positive
of preservatives of the European Economic Community.
