Introduction
The Glossy Icing Doble Enlace is a ready to use artificial jelly with sucrose, syrup of glucose, pulp of fruits, allowed gelling (E440), citric acid (E330) and preserver (E202).

Uses
Ideal to decorate bakery products and to obtain an attractive shine, durable and not sticky on all kinds of tarts and other pastry specialities.

Usage
Place in a recipient the amount of jelly to use and heat it smoothly, revolving with a spatula, until boil. The jelly will start losing rigidity until reaching total fluency. According to the final consistency desired you can dilute with 60% maximum of water. Decorate the pastry specialities with the liquid jelly according to the baker`s experience.

Labelling
All the components complies the requirements of the Argentinean Alimentary Code, standards of purity of the Food Chemical Codex and they are authorized for their use in feeding for the Administration of Drugs and Foods of USA FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
